Owner means Cemaliye Soyukasap of Easy Rent A Car Rental. Hirer means person who is hiring the vehicle from the owner. Driver means person authorised to drive the vehicle. CDW means collision damage waiver. TRNC means the Turkish republic of North Cyprus.

1. The hirer will be responsible for all persons traveling in the rental vehicle including extra drivers and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the rental vehicle does not suffer damage due to neglect, accident or malicious damage.
    

2. The hirer will check all fluid and oil levels and tyres on a daily basis when the hire exceeds 2 days and will report any fault immediately to the owner.
    

3. The hirer will not permit smoking in the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning charge.
    

4. The hirer will not permit the consumption of alcohol or taking any un-prescribed drug by any driver so that their ability to drive is impaired.
    

5. The hirer will not permit the vehicle to be used on any untarmacked road that could lead to damage. Any damage could be the hirer’s responsibility.
    

6. The hirer is responsible for damage to exterior mirrors and their fittings, tyres, wheel trims and damage to the interior of the rental vehicle.
    

7. The hirer will not permit any person who has not been authorised in writing to drive the vehicle.
    

8. The hirer will not permit the vehicle to be removed from the jurisdiction of the TRNC without the express permission of the owner.
    

9. The hirer agrees to pay for any fuel used at the end of the rental period determined by such gauges or computers on the vehicle.
    

10. The hirer can request when available a baby seat which is loaned for free except for a cleaning charge at the end of the rental period.
     

11. The hirer agrees not to enter into any race or competition and not to use for hire and reward (e.g taxi service). Not to push or tow any vehicle or jump start any vehicle by use of jump leads.
     

12. The hirer agrees that they are responsible for all speeding fines imposed and al; traffic violation contrary to the road traffic laws of the TRNC.
     

13. The hirer will not allow the vehicle to exceed wither its weight carrying capacity or the number of persons allowed as passengers for the vehicle.
     

14. The hire agrees to pay the daily rental charge plus a 100% surcharge for all unauthorised days of rental.
     

15. The hirer authorizes the owner to take any excess charges incurred from any cash deposit or any credit/debit card given at the onset of the rental details of which are recorded on the rental agreement/contract.
     

16. The hirer consents to the jurisdiction of any competent court of the TRNC in the case of any dispute and a court of their home country if required.
     

17. The hirer will provide all current documents to show that they old current driving licenses, passports etc.
     

18. The hirer agrees to pay a deposit of pounds, Turkish lira, dollars or euros which is refundable at the  end of the rental period on satisfactory return of the vehicle.
     

19. The hirer agrees in the case of an accident the police and the owner will be informed immediately.
     

20. The hirer will return the vehicle at the above address unless a different location is agreed in writing with all its tools, spare wheel and any safety equipment.

PLEASE NOTE UNDER TRNC LAW INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY OUT IF THE DRIVER IS FOUND TO BE OVER THE LIMIT FOR EITHER ALCOHOL OR DRUG USE
